When I set out to create this policy for our website, my goal was to let people know whether we use AI in our designs, how we use it, and what it means for them.
I also wanted to offer some advice on how AI can be used positively. After drafting a rough version, I decided to have AI, Claude, in this case, fine-tune it for me.
Then it occurred to me: since I was asking Claude about itself, why not also ask how it thinks about how we work together? And get first-hand input for others considering this approach.
I’ve realized that, whatever AI model you choose, it’s best to treat it like a new employee, train it well, set very clear expectations and timelines, and provide feedback so it keeps learning and growing. Over time, it will become a great helper, exactly the way you want.
