This is our Annual Website Maintenance and Security plan.
What’s included:

1. Website “official & licensed” Updates of all your plugins, theme, as well as WordPress core framework
2. We will also take care of your hosting back-end / Cpanel and ensure that you get the latest official technology upgrades (like PHP, MYSQL, etc.)
3. Configuration and Continuous, proactive Website anti-hack, and anti-malware Protection & Security measures
4. Daily Website Cloud Backups (or 6 times a day – for E-commerce Websites)
5. Continuous website optimization to speed up your website loading time, making sure your loading speed is always at its best

• All our plans include regular cloud backups, active scanning, security checks & fixes, WordPress core updates/upgrades as well as themes & plugins’ updates.
• We also test those updates and automatically fix any issues that may arise.
• We have also added 45 minutes of support each month – “not rolling over” (for content updates like optimizing your text, resizing some images, new plugin configuration, adding new features or integrations troubleshooting, consultation call, etc.) P.S: We are happy to help with any work needed that takes more than 45 minutes – chargeable at our special hourly rates for existing customers.
• Our WordPress website maintenance plans are designed to give you peace of mind, having us at your corner, to look after your website and fix anything that needs fixing, especially if you encounter any unforeseen issues or problems!
